Five Thousand Years of Ginseng Antiaging

Shen Nong was an ancient herbalist and healer who lived five thousand years ago. He used ginseng in his healing practice, and his fame has endured for thousands of years. About two thousand years ago, scholars “borrowed” his name and published, “Shen Nong’s Herbal Materia Medica” which promoted the antiaging properties of healing herbs.
